Kindness you can offer today
You do not need to be part of an organisation to help. A few thoughtful habits go a long way.
- Keep clean water out, especially in hot weather.
- Share food that is suitable for the animal — plain and fresh is better than spicy leftovers.
- Feed considerately, in a spot that keeps animals and neighbours safe, and clean up afterwards.
- Be gentle and patient. Let animals approach in their own time.
