Mission Bezubaan does not ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, bank password, card PIN or any other confidential payment credential through this website, WhatsApp or email. Payment authentication always happens inside your own banking or UPI app.

If an amount is deducted from your account but is not reflected, or you face any other payment issue, please contact us using the official WhatsApp number or email address shown on this website. We will look into it, but we do not promise an automatic refund or a guaranteed resolution time unless our process is able to support this.
